The Los Santos Connection (LSC)

Background:
As a result of increasing violence in Los Santos and the increasing threat from San Fierro, various factions have decided to move and create a body of representatives and in turn an united urban force in Los Santos. The Los Santos Connection (LSC) will be responsible for the defence of Los Santos and will act as a collated force to defend against impending attacks and where relevant carry out advances to warn off existing enemies.

Current members:
INFERNO 9 [i9] is based at Gas Station 9 where they operate through a fully fledged business operation rotating around their 24/7. They are responsible for maintaining the security of Idlewood and extend their operations of taxation and protection across Los Santos. The group consists of 9 core members but each member commands several other people creating a gigantic force to be reckoned with. INFERNO 9 is protective of their cultural heritage which is underpinned by their balla orientation and focus towards brutal killings.

Relationship between Los Santos Connection members:
The relationship between members can vary and will include the capability of being enemies during local fighting. However, when an issue arises around Los Santos being threatened by San Fierro or Las Venturas - we will collate together and put our differences aside to unite and fight together as one unit

Recruitment:
We are looking for two groups to join the Los Santos Connection (LSC) providing they are willing to accept the terms and conditions of joining and willing to practice given guidelines with full belief and minimum conflict at all times.

Terms and conditions of joining:
-   Members are not permitted to roleplay as Government (SAPD, fireman, medic) staff at any point
-   Members are not expected to sign validation agreements
-   Members will be expected to have a strong hierarchy of membership
-   Members will be expected to help new players and accommodate them
-   No talking on /p unless asked to do so by LSC representatives
-   No complaining / moaning / groaning on /p regardless of anything
-   IC/OOC values are strictly prohibited from being enforced on others
-   To comply with any further terms and conditions added at later stage

-   Why do you want to be part of the LSC?
-   Do you agree to the terms and conditions of joining?

Dependent on your application and observation within game, INFERNO 9 will vote on your application to join the united force of Los Santos in time. We will work to reply to your application within one month as we feel it's important we are in a confident position to make a decision.

Warning system:
Intially, INFERNO 9 will be responsible for overseeing the Los Santos Connection and will providie discipline measures to protect the integrity of this extended family of factions. INFERNO 9 will be diplomatic in a sense that it will vote members in or out during group voting proceedures to ensure fair decisions are made. In time, as the Los Santos Connection grows - we will involve different respected groups in voting in and out different members to ensure we have a fair and just process for doing so.

Measures are being considered to avoid conflict within /p chat and are subject to calibration and review. The quoted post above will be reworked in the coming days to provide more scope towards sportsmanship in general. All members will be expected to adhere to the terms and conditions of the LSC. If in breach, discipline measures will be activated to refocus them back towards our sub-level vision.

I suggest the prohibition of argument in /p-chat or a similar measure as an alternative, as members of constituent groups who do not enjoy an overly serious environment (which would be a result of the prohibition against discussion on /p-chat) will be affected.

1 - Does the group have too be "Black" roleplay, Could It be Mafia, lets say?
2 - Does the Group need too be based primarily based in Los Santos, Can it be Based in San Fierro?

Group must be operating from Los Santos as their primary hub. Alongside this, you can be operating as any ethic race.

Rules clarify most things but I don't believe it will be covered. Good luck, although I see no solution unifying gangs against SF ones.The conflicts rarely escalate to a gun fight.
