NEW SA:MP client: 0.3b R3

According to the SA:MP forums, these are the changes:

- Fixes frame rate drops related to name tag drawing and 3D label drawing
- Fixes 'SA-MP server browser may display error messages if the installer was not run correctly'

You can use either the R2 client or the R3 client on the server, this update is just optional but I would recommend installing it.

So, they finally got around to it. The amount of FPS drop from the text drawing was just ridiculous.

EDIT: Looks like this didn't fix the type of drawing I had in mind, or didn't fix it completely, as there's still a great deal of FPS drop. Oh well, at least it's something.

I'd love to see them doing something with the FPS Drop from the damn chat.

From 90-130 FPS (without chat) it damn falls over 30 FPS!! With /pagesize 20... With /pagesize 10 = 40-60 FPS... NO Chat at all = Max until 130 FPS..

Yeah, that's the kind of FPS drop I was referring to. It's indeed ridiculous.

i've always got same amount of fps with chatbox or without

Eric, I bet you've got a low resolution such as 1280x768.. but for the ones who use big, such as 1680 x 1080 or 1920 x 1080 (from the last Client) it's a big problem.

I lose around 30 FPS, and I'm on 1680x1050.

Well.. I used to have the same, but since the last client I can go up to 1920 x 1080.. and it's 25FPS... even worst :/
