Convert GTA IV radio and put it into gta sa radio?

IS there an way to convert all of GTA IV radio stations and put them into gta sa?
Would be very pleased with that, since I think the GTA SA radio stations generally suck ass.

Well.. Assuming that each GTA SA Radio song is divided into 3 pieces ... Start, middle(big) and end... It would be difficult to cut and replace each part of it..

It would get an invalid radio... Message from DJ, then other song :P.

Just get the soundtrack, mute the GTA SA Radio, and put WMP on GTA IV OST. You can't do better :P

Can't you just download the IV soundtrack from the game, convert it to MP3 then put the MP3s in your SA user tracks directory?
