Is it like Gta san andreas Roleplay server Or Is it just that Deathmath and that stuff you got access why the cellphone In GTA IV Single player ?

It is basically the same as GTA SA:MP, you need to download the client to play it and you basically use it the same way as you do with SAMP.
And its also RolePlay, not like the Cellphone Multiplayer through single player.
