A criminal speeds - A cop can pull him over and give him a ticket, and it also decreases ramming. It gives cops something more to do and gives criminals something to think about while driving

  Yes, this is what should happen. However, majority of cops simply /su, and then criminal starts fighting as he is threatened by the /su. Before you know it you have 2 cops dead and now a mass murderer on the loose. If law is removed, cops can still pull people over for dangerous driving or reckless driving (which are usually the result of speeding), but "/su speeding" would not be allowed.

Jcs is trying to get statistics of what public thinks. As far as I know, you got to collect some 'signatures' to get your petition aprooved, and it's better to not to post the petition before getting knowledge of what public think

Even though this idea might be positive in theory, I fear the outcome will be bad.
When you drive fast in the cities, you need bigger space to avoid hitting another player, which is kind of hard when there are 100+ people online. (At least in Los Santos)

At least I get annoyed when people are driving so fast that they can't control their vehicle, which ends up in driving on the wrong side of the road and crashing into me.

wreckless driving, crashing, driving on wrong side of the road.. all of that will still be illegal   just u wont have to go so slow that u couldnt dodge a powerpole

NO one cares about speeding laws, so why have them? I've yet to see 1 person that obeys them at all times.

Second, Traffic stops for speeding are almost the only only positive communication between a civilian and a cop.  If the guy complies its no problem and cool.  PLUS THEY ARE FUN AND THEY CREATE ROLEPLAy.  Depending on who you pull over these traffic stops can be awesome. 


ALSO ITS NOT THAT MUCH TO PAY FOR A STUPID TICKET THE MAXIMUM IS $250 WHAT's tHE FREAKING BIG DEAL?

The laws should be changed I agree on that it shouldn't be 80km/h in the city it should be a bit higher.  But don't completely take them away are you kidding me?


YES THERE ARE TIMES WHEN THINGS ARE DIFFERENT ON THE COP JOB WHERE SOMEONE ACTUALLY TRIES UNIQUE ROLEPLAY BUT THAT IS INCREDIBLY RARE



Ok I agree on getting rid of the procedure that you're allowed to /su for speeding/recklessdriving/any traffic violation because that is just plain stupid we need to pull over people instead of using the /su command on every single little thing


Speedlimits maintain control in the state.  If you have no freaking speed limits everyone will go crazy.  They will go full speed on every single road and we'll have massive accidents lots of suspects running around etc.  Do people break speed limits?  Yeah they do but the law actually keeps some kind of control.  It says 80km/h but really its 100 km/h because that's on average how fast people usually should go on the streets.

how about  remove the speed limit ... pulling someone over for RP is still legit (just dont /su)   

and we have to crack down on cops killin suspects for traffic crimes... SERIOUSLY... for every suspect killed. the argonath economy loses $900

I agree with this, HOWEVER, any law change must go thru the supreme court as the constitution says. And only gandalf and aragorn may accept a request.
