Never heard of asking other person OOC if he wants to roleplay a rape...Which is not allowed to do it without asking it.
I mean like Curse said people uses "Dont force rp" like a excuse, Thats life and happends IRL you cant avoid something saying "Dont force rp".

I think the idea of 'omg but irl' this or 'omg DUDE  u cant do that irl' arguments are stupid. Even owners said the server will never be put as a Real life RP server, and it doesn't need to be to be an RP server. Sure, there are some 'irl' factors that are also in game, but it is not a strict RL server and therefore an argument of 'omg irl' is invalid. People do not use 'Dont force RP' as an excuse - they use it to protect themself from things they do not want to do. your next argument(?): But this is an RP server so why come here to not RP? 1. When you join the server, Roleplaying is not a rule to follow, Yes, the server is made for roleplaying, but it is also a server where you can enjoy your own thing (not necessarily or even close to a 'Freeroam' server - because DM is not allowed) and maybe sometimes you come online to chat or enjoy an event... you dont have to do RP every time.

I have seen the argument before and It technically does not state you MUST stay in roleplay, It moreso (I think) means if your going to RP, keep it within roleplay realms.

Not an excuse... I mainly roleplay with agradable persons, not with guys like those from 4-2-4 J'bloc or something, who keeps telling you how to roleplay.
It annoys me so much: (( that's wrong, you should ask ho... )) Oh, go die in a hole.

There are many ways to stop the annoyer... You have cars, you have properties, you have friends, you have guns... What else you need to feel yourself well-served by server? A group of admins which will change pampers to you every time you are ****?...

I already think that server has no a decent criminal chased by police, as no decent police chases...
Do not stop, do not ask, do not suspect, do not stalk, do not shoot, ask three times to surrender, do not aim when suspect gu, do not talk in public chat, do not go into my car, it is for ARPD only not for noobish freecops like you, do not.. do not... do not...

At once comes a question: dear criminals where are your balls? Maybe its enough to cry about everything and time for a decent crime, the cool amazing chase?

Where are the times of demanding the lawer and online court cases? On which request was created a Prison? Who was roleplaying there, in prison and when last time?

Well atleast i maybe kill a cop i maybe kill another but on three i'll escape from them till they got me and if they got me i will not shoot i will /gu.Also about the court-prison thing,Supported and not for big crimes for every single crime except abuses

I seriously miss the days when Argonath was teeming with roleplay.  When we had roleplayers who actually had imagination and we didn't have to actually search the server for roleplay.  It was always there.  When criminals weren't constantly moaning about cops  going "OMFG ADMIN COP ABUSE /SU ON ME HALP ME or "OMFG ADMIN COP GUNNA EXECUTE ME AFTER I /GU I WUNT HELP".  Instead the criminals took matter into their own hands which was entertaining to see and watch.  I frequently see in the pubilic chat people saying "Is there any gud rpers online?"  "Is there anywhere wher there is gud rp going on?"  I agree 100 percent on your post Aragorn.  Past few months I still haven't found myself in good rp chases, or amazing roleplay scenarios between the cops and the police.  In my cadet days...these things happened.  When traffic stops weren't the usual "Just give me my ticket so I can go" but the they were also funny.  This whole "No force rp" crap didn't exist.  When I tried to rp with someone no one went " YOU CAN't FORCE RP OMG". 

I hope this changes.  I will try to change this ingame by always rping but not sure if other players are willing.

i dont see why this is a rule, because its totally legit as a form of RP to give cops the slip...
i used to RP all i could with cops, but in the 4-5 months i have played... the risk of even being in the presence of cops has gone from "they might jail you for longer.." to  "they gonn shoot you fool... no questions bout it"
