Look what you did there. Again an idea to make quizzes and restrictions to players. But it wasn't JDC who proposed - it was YOU.

After I clearly said that I like Argonath because of its FREEDOM in role play, I answer to JDC with a sarcastic tone. Saying "NO, f**k off with IC/OOC and its a rule omg forbid it" does sound like a prohibition, isn't it? and it wasn't ME who said it then individuals such as yourself.

I don't want limitations
I don't want people to feel stranded in role play
I don't want to blend and only role play with a fistful of people
I don't want to see newcomers getting bumped out of the server because some players thinks they are better.
I don't want someone saying IC/OOC is better and everything else is unprofessional.

and the last but not least, i don't want to see a regular capitalizing a player to use brackets because "OMG no OOC while RP". To think about the commentaries in many CB channels such as: " He can't RP ", I would immediately ban the whole channel from use.

It was honest to god pretty sweet to see the hardass giac I always like. Before accusations get pressed on me again, I'm not speaking (typing) here because I prefer IC/OOC, but because I want players to feel comfortable roleplaying within Argonath RPG with what they're used to. If they (IC/OOC users) press it on other players ("use fucking brackets tard"), I have no problem with you calling them retards personally. But when the whole IC/OOC crowd, including those who don't press it on people, who don't use IC/OOC as an excuse to flame, and don't flame the non-users, immediately get thrown such statements like "YOU CANT USE UR BRAIN", "YOU HAV NO IMAGINATIANO", "Wanna IC/OOC? Then fuck off from Argonath...", then I feel truly as though the server are becoming as elitist as the true retarded RLRPers (retarded RLRPer definition: one who comes to Argonath and does shit like flaming others for not using IC/OOC, uses IC as an excuse against admin punishment, pushes it on others).

I've always changed my IP and used my non admin account while admin, I've always known damn straight how hard it is sometimes to be a regular player.

Many of my posts are ACTUALLY constructive posts in disguise, and anyone with half a brain can see that fact. Since you can't, I wonder what that makes you.

People are saying it's a rule: "Do not force RP" to new players.
They're also saying "Tell the person to /gu before investigating him", this may be another thing...

They even say that it's written in the forums that it's not allowed.
Didn't really get a clear message.

Can an owner state clearly in a new thread regarding this matter?

So far I think it is, and it makes sense, and admins see the same of this in-game: People are free to rp what they like, when they like, where they like (as long as it's not obvious harassment/ inconvenient to fellow players), also you should not use the reason of "they are terrible roleplayer" or "They are annoying" or generally saying you do not like them to avoid roleplay with them.
