Shar is good player. I 'think' I am friendly to newbies like he is but only when they are not rude and more polite. Also friendly, other then that I would probably not help you with anything and not even give some extra tips which I normally do.

Why you all talk about problems with new players?

Kostya_Ernst was using commands in the name of roleplay and with the high amount of respect to players (did not suspect players for any rule break but preferred to roleplay the license check with words provided)... Kostya Ernst did not make any shot at people who were willing to cooperate with the police or were not showing aggression even with the guns in their hands...

Is that what the newbie will do? Of cos, no...

The problem, guys, is NOT in newbie... The problem is that even the high standard roleplayer will be on server, part of you will just deathmatch him or shit...

I did not get what GiacJr was telling... As I understood, GiacJr was playing as a noob, means he was shitting and deathmatching... If I will know that he or any other admins are doing the same - you, guys, will leave the admins team faster then the moon will pass the earth from other side... And I hope my logic here is clear...

I did not play on non-admin account for witch hunting... I made researches and shared the experience with you to see the server from the other side... Because its already clear - if admin is near, all behave great and friendly... That is why I did not annoy people with deathmatch and shit... I made only one small provoke (hit-n-run), but it finished the same time as it started, cos both sides were not willing to fight each other anyways...

I always heps new People that i see dont understand what they doing.. i Remeber when i didnt know a thing back in 2008

But Still someone helped me and now i help.

so always help a Player in need and mode for it..

Count me in. I'm helping new players.
But sometimes they can't understand even punishment.
Some players cant speak English.


P.S. Извини, не очень хорошо владею английским. Могу объяснить русским по белому, что имею ввиду.
Когда новый игрок приходит на сервер, он первым делом пытается посмотреть, чем живет сервер и что на нем делают. Если человек имеет представление об этом, он хочется повеселиться, но как? Большинство, кто приходит на сервер, не знают, что такое РПГ. Поэтому они пытаются получать удовольствие другими способами, такими как, например гоняться за оранжевыми человечками и стрелять в них. Они не видят цели, которая поставлена на сервере, зато они видят её на своем экране, в виде цифр (деньги). И они всеми усилиями пытаются заработать их. В том числе и вешают преступления просто так. Но это впринципе не плохая стадия, ведь это значит, что человек стал по-немногу разбираться, что к чему, но вот терпеия не у всех хватает, к сожалению. Некоторые так же стремятся заработать как можно больше денег, даже те, кто играют здесь больше,чем 2 года, поэтому когда они теряют лишний касарь баксов, они ноют, как бабы.
Поэтому я и заговорил, про тебя, потому как ты пришёл на сервер с некой целью и с полным осознанием мира ArgonathRPG.

Wich should be the opposite, more should be demanded from the regular.

If people would demand from example an new guy in the hospital to make an brain surgery, how would that go?
What does the new guy need to be able to make an brain surgery? Training  and help, not impossible demands the new player cannot tell because he does not contain that knowledge.

English? Find an translator then. It's better to be kind than to send them off because they do not know english. There are many other players on the server who might happen to speak the new dude's language.
Even if the player does not know english, does not mean he should be ignored and left on his own, that's just rude.
