The people to blame are the moaners who did nothing but point fingers at the cops and moan about them using bikes!

Bike update:


Apparently someone posted on /asay; Thankyou, bike restrictions are removed.

So I think bikes are not removed by restrictions are gone - which is awesome :D, if cops can't catch criminals they're just weak; cops should strive to be the best and not be moaning if this is the case.
