Now you're telling me that Wash named that there would be a shootout?, he NEVER did

by a "fiercesome battle" he didn't mean that the members + the suspected Corleone to team up and jump on the cops.
I believe he meant just to RP with them but he said it with a dramatic sounding.

I do not see any faulty logic when you read the first statement. New arriving players are not aware something is going on, there for them joining the fight without warning is not a fair thing.

What?, so if I am online at the time but AFK when they start the RP, I am welcome to RP with them, but if I join the server 5 minutes after they started the RP, I need to wait until they finished the Role-play otherwise I can't join?.

Because this was about the situation where a suspected player was heading towards LSPD. The piece of RP that Wash gave was an absurd example. My reaction was on a situation where the wanted player directed his friends to LSPD (outside RP) in order for them to be able to shoot the pursuing cops, thus ambushing them. This is not allowed. If the players would drive up and take him away without first trying to blast all cops, probably I would not object, depending on the situation.

The suspect never directed his friends to LSPD...as you can see Wash said "Wash RECOGNIZES the person being chased by 10 cops"
Wash could have just been in the neighborhood when he noticed his friend being chased by the cop.

And to the others who are replying "Why play then", I may have been a little unclear on the quote on why I play here.
I play here because it can be fun sometimes, and when it is fun it really owns.
So I'd rather be online waiting for mature and fun people to RP with, and WHILE i'm doing this I am also loyal to the Corleone Mafia. So there you have 2 reasons.

The wanted player was at LSPD and he needed help there, so when we asked where he was he said LSPD. We did not organise a meet at LSPD or anything like that, its just we assumed that the wanted player was about to die at LSPD as we only really call for help in those sort of situations. Our plan was to just pick him up and go but by the time he had got there he left LSPD so could have looked like 'cop-baiting' or 'ambushing' but it wasn't actually that.

I just corrected that, not trying to argue or anything. We will no longer be presenting any further arguements.

Adding this in to the current scripts will be hard, as you may have noted we are already at a point where a small improvement to one thing can lead to bugs in many others. There for we are planning to develop the RS5 with the criminal role added as a choice, including options that will hopefully make the groups happy.

Making more death cost will decrease the constant fight till death scenarios, however it will increase moaning, not just depending on the penalty itself, then the circumstances in which they loose money.

If death by police officer would be increased to like 3,000$ per death as of police instead of /GU, People would use excuse" HE DID NOT LET ME /GU" when they are being killed.

For example, yesterday I was chasing a guy for over half an hour.. I don't need to name who it was, I'll just say it was a semi-regular.

I was chasing him as a cop after he broke a road block from LS-LV Highway.. we end up at water next of the jam, in bone county.. He was doing circles and things in water for over 20 mins... He called a friend via phone while in Water and I did comment on that, he said "yes.. phone on water, so what?" After a few moments that we were like iddle.. he went: Hey you... /PM is NON RP. And kept going like this... Some time passed.. some back-up arrived and forced him to GU... I could not get in heli via /getin, so I did /kill and I had previously /spawnreset' ON the jam road... just randomly he was also there a few m's away with a partner.. and then he went "OH MY GOD YOU ADMIN ABUSER YOU ABUSE /GOTO" Even after my explanations, he would not stop. Later on, at the Fort Carson he was moaning us for taking him to FC instead of mordor, and kept saying we must take him there... I mean, seriously after all you do, you order us?

I do not care for the last thing which is him saying for me abusing admin commands (false), but what I care for is.. okay I did comment him via roleplay asking him how his phone was still on after it was all wet.. and later instead of just keep roleplaying (after like 10 attempts of me to roleplay cuff him to end the scenario..) he just kept doing circles hoping his friend would pop there to shot me and he evade.. I mean.. was it so hard for him to /gu?

What you loose if you get killed: 1000$
What you loose if you are arrested: Just 200$.
What WE gain if we arrest you: 600$ (Max)
What WE gain if we catch you: Just 100$ if on foot.

I'm not speaking for the money awards, but the point of Void to increase the death cost...

Lately I see people thinking that they roleplay "SERIOUS" by doing this:

* TheRock finds them

No no no... You guys lost the creativity? Why do you need to describe one move in so many commands?

You could do this shorter.

Nobody needs to RP "SERIOUS MODE ON"... What you will enjoy roleplay with, is if in order you START using imagination and creativity!

Change has to be made by force by:  Aragorn/Gandalf, sooner or later. It's there decisions which are the best mostly if not all of the time.

That's just over-use of /me why would your use /me on something that you can see your character doing.. makes no sense.
You could put it all into one line - /me opens the door and steps out - closing the door behind himself
Alot simplier than using 6 /me actions to get out of a car. 

Rock problem is people don't know what imagination is and that is why trying to find a good roleplayer is pretty darn difficult you don't wanna be coming across same type of roleplay everytime do you?  Only a handful have imagination and one of them is Jcstodds the guy is a fucking legend when it comes to creativity and kudos to him.
