HELP ! Got a Problem with a Topic i made! (LOCK PLEASE)

Hey guys. First of all i have to say that was my first try to make a topic on myself ! So dont laugh. But i made a Topic and tried to upload it with TinyPic. When i Post it here then it looks like this:

How can I fix that ? Or could some of YOU fix it for me ? Or if you think its really BAD then pleeeeeaaaaaaseee make me a Topic... I'm waiting for one since I opened The Dillinger Family and the Dillinger Family is closed long time Ago. So please make me a Topic For Scalletta Family !!

Rather upload each heading and picture individually, and write the text within the forum, otherwise upload the entire picture as is below, with a transparent background and save as .PNG

how to make transparent background ?
 and when i save it as PNG and then upload with tinypic, nothing changed !
