Admin Complaint: =AV=Dave

When I had a problem about a copban, which I did nothing to justify, Dave refused to respond to my messages.  I explained to him that I came home exactly 5 minutes before I signed on, and Dave said 10 minutes ago I had /su and jailed two people.  When I tried to explain this to him, he refused to reply.  He only replied when I said I would report him, when he became defensive at first, then very aggressive.  I believe he did not fulfill his job to this community and should be removed from admin duty.  He is not helpful at all.

Aggressive? I don't remember loosing my cool once. I told you the correct facility to report, and I also explained what happened. You were the one that became aggressive against me after I clearly explained the senario for which I issued the copban. I do not have to sit and listen to players who constantly think they are right, even after an explaination and who have been directed to the complaint email.

You told me to post this message on the forum.  I don't appreciate your belittling tone.  I understand you are an admin, but I don't believe you should make everyone else feel stupid.  Your tone in this message is characteristic of the pms you sent me in the game.

I told you to send a email to [email protected] several times. You refused to listen, so I let you do what you wanted to.

Maybe it was a misunderstanding, however I do remember you telling me to post it on the forums.  That isn't the issue, however.  The issue is your refusal to even acknowledge my existence.  After asking you for 10 minutes, you refused to even acknowledge I was there and ask me to wait.  You instead left me in the dark, until I threatened to report you.  Only then did you respond.  You failed to do your job in a professional manner and I believe you should admit your mistake, help solve the problem I have, and end this situation.

PS: Telling an admin that your going to report him, is considered provocative comment.

After all, if an admin is busy dealing with another report, he has every right to not respond if he is busy.

Admit my mistake? After spending 10 minutes dealing with reports and a claim of harassment against another player I had time to respond. You are not the only player in the server...

If it makes you happy, go ingame and i'll lift the cop ban. I cannot be bothered with people who blow small punishments out of proportion.
