I have decided that I am not active enough to deserve a spot as admin. Therefore, I talked to Tai and told him I do not accept this chance.

You can be inactive, but you need to report it in before you do so.
I mean, look at me. I am just active at weekends. By expanding the administration we will have more time zones covered.
