U serious About 40-50 millions? i doubt u are since it maximum value shall be around 4 - 5 mil in my opion its just area not building ive got alot exemple in from SF and Ls That Area is bigger and also value is a much more less than what u Are saying
if u serious about 40-50mil then i suggest u remove the farm and never set it again or rise it to that dream ammount i still be owner with alot - in my bank acc thats all

Well, I bet he didn't cause there is an other weed field in Bone County, its garden is a weed field and I suppose the owner owns that also so why Tandtrollet can't own the weedfield? I roleplay a Farmer and the point is i wanna Hunt away Intruders tryin to steal my Plants u know.

He should own the farm. It's his entire property and it seems he got his money worth. Farms IRL cost maybe around 150k + house depending on acres and stuff.
