The thing is that you own the piece of land that has a gat around your farm house. That is what you bought and that is what you own, nothing more. That the area is called "the farm" does not mean it was included in your ownership price.
For the Judge: you should know that ownership of property is measured by taking four points that limit the property, calculating the square meters and multiplying it by the price valid for the area.
When you divide the value of the property by ARD 80, the area price, you can see how much square meters are in the property. If needed a manager can calculate exactly which fence was included at the time.
Now if you wish to own the area called "the Farm" than that is an area of 159734,7 square meters, and as unworked farmland would have a value of ARD 12.778.776
However as it has been noted that this farmland is worked by the Government for medical purposes, owenrship could not be transferred without additional conditions. The condition would be that the field which is used for medical purposes is deemed as public, meaning trespassing there will be allowed for everyone.
