SA:MP passwords are only saved on the Server database.
Unless he managed to get control of Argo DB or you told him it, the only way he may have used to gain your password is a trojan to detect the buttons you press on your keyboard..

Did he send you any file or tell you to download something? If not, I don't see how he got your password (he guessed it?)

SA:MP Passwords aren't even stored as plain, understandable letters and numbers.
