The point of you noting the topic is to tell them it is valid, so they can stick it in their signature or w/e.
It also means the record is confirmed by you as an AWR Judge, so I just need to pudate the topic. Effectively, the list just condenses all the records where people can see them. It is irrelevant whether they are on the list, once a record has been noted as a record, it stands.

Joe is correct, after 800ASL you cannot climb much higher without a TP.
