Well, Cofi's signature was created and hosted by me. I didn't save the proof from when I exceed bandwidth for the first time, although Cofi / Pancher can confirm this, since they've been using the same signature since that occurred.

Also,
I don't think all the names listed are up to date.  :trust:
Perhaps as a precaution link EVERY name on the list to the forum account.
And maybe make people sign a contract stating they must help keep all information up to date and true.  :roll:

I don't think they are either...but I been in a busy exam period, and still am until the 28th, so I have kept records updated, but not requested names etc.
I and Dario are thinking of some kind of reform, not sure what yet though.
