See the patent list. You cannot win, so get the hell off the topic. This has nothing to do with you...you lost our trust once by getting yourself banned, and betrayed my personal trust the second time by going completely against me.

According to a PM i received the AWR Patent is being led by Ben Delorean and Tai; I'm sorry but you'll have to change the name of the company or you can be taken to court if both members decide to complain against you.

I had the patent first and I never authorised it to be transfered to Ben's name.

If you could give me a link to the patent topic you registred then i would confirm this, however its on ben's and tai's name at the official thread. However i think you were the one who originally founded the AWR so if you could confirm this i will happily withdraw what i said

Please settle this argument in court / privately, you should not have asked for ownership of the topic to be changed if there was issues, you should have sorted it out first.

This may happen:  When all party's are in agreement / a ruling has been made / judge has allowed this to be continued until a ruling this topic will remain locked.

It may be unlocked if you can carry on normal day to day operations - pm me.

The Patent was Shifted over Toxic, as you passed the ownership onto Ben and Curse (If I'm right)

Louis, Toxic was banned a while ago, and I am not sure of the details but Kevin_McCollins then owned AWR as the Director. When he resigned, he passed it on to me and Curse. I PMed you and asked for my name to be added onto the patent as the current Director. I made no illegal moves there, and Toxic was indeed banned at that time.
You did the patent for me with no problems.

I need to know the policy on banned players, as I cannot find anything in the constitution. What is the legal status on them?


Monte, then change it back. The topic was changed to Toxic's name by somebody whilst we had problems, so it should be changed to how it was before there were problems.

It was dealt with through PM. Also, you were banned/exiled from Argonath (heard that phrase on the courts before) so you were no longer a citizen of Argonath? Only citizens of Argonath can hold patents.
But you know, whatever, if I was wrong, fuck it, take the company. You won't get yourself BSF again after what happened last time you got it, so carry on.
