Me and Tai own the copyright (Did Tai own AWR previously?) so I had every right to copy the topic :P

Our budget sheet for October 2010.



As you can see, all payments are on hold, and as of yet we are not receiving any funding. I can tell you now that at the current rates of pay when not on hold, Argonath World Records will be paying out AR$550'000 total monthly to it's members.
Hopefully we will see a slightly different sheet in November, in which all members will be receiving pay, and AWR's funds will start to grow. The AWR funds will be stored in my bank account, but I will not touch them for my own use. These budget sheets are here to prove this, and to have proof for any contract we receive in November.
As we get more budget sheets, you will all see AWR's funds start growing (in theory, depending on our contract). This will be saved up, and be spent for AWR's gain. An example is a building we can be based at, or a shop/store as another source of income. We are here to help people, and boost the economy of Argonath, so this is a good way for us to all give something back!

I am not comfortable yet about opening applications, as we cannot yet pay our employees. They will probably be opened in November.

On that subject, when payments come off hold, they could be:

- Apprentice - $30'000
- Employee - $50'000
- Manager - $75'000
- Co-Director - $100'000
- Director - Unsure, jumping between $125'000 and $150'000 (when we get our contract a decision can be made)

Please note, nothing is confirmed yet, and changes can be made depending on our contract.

The "AR$550'000" monthly thing is based on the above figures, with Directors on AR$150'000, but we could be spending AR$500'000 monthly if we go with $125'000 instead.

A promotion may be following shortly, but I will not edit the October figures. It will be added into the November figures.
