Ben, does it count if you got banned, but unbanned because of a logcheck which proved that you were innocent?

Yes. It means correct, 'lawful' bans, as it were. If evidence can be provided to prove innocence from that ban, then it does not count as a ban under the eyes of AWR. This evidence does not have to necessarily be a confirmation from the adminstrators, although this also counts.
It is whether or not we think the evidence proves you innocent
