a hacker or admin power abuse?

this is what happened i don't know if it was a admin or a hacker but this is what happened

i got in a unused cop car un-dented and new, i checked the map seeing a officer and a other player coming a car rams me but the odd thing theres no driver, and a cop car is chasing it, i chase it do then something takes over and my camera goes crazy, i got kicked out of the car and was placed at PD spawn then camera went back to the car and back to me infront of the station and repeated a few times, suddenly it stops and my car is on fire and i jump out and it blows up. and i didn't nothing besides getting rammed


and something else happened before this did , i was in a cop car (van) with my friend Dragory, we suddenly found a speeding car with no driver and i chased for a bit then suddenly i noticed i wasn't driveling, and i kept my hands away from the keyboard and it kept following speeding and turning to chase the car, i told my friend i wasn't driving and i jumped out and it kept speeding away, Dragory said a player appeared in the vehicle and i forgot what it was but that person was not on /admins list. and again i was vehicleless,

it looks more like a hacker, but this one looks likes like a admin abuse ( no i dont know what admin commands they can do):

felt like a admin power. but i like the server but the too quick  admin punishment is gay and i don't really blame it because most cops abuse their powers, but i try not to, i try to be a good cop  anyways can i get any help these two are not cool at all and ruins the game for me.

It is just a Desync bug, what sometimes happens. I got screens of that. A empty car driving. Ask them to punch u if it is ur friend or someone you play with, but if you two leave same area, the bug is gone i think

when i had no control of the vehicle it followed the other car very well and if hit a wall it backed up and keept going, someone hijacked me  with me in the car, like if you steal a hackers car they can control the car till it explodes. well how in the hell did he take over if i was driving or a long while
