GTA SA: ASI Loader

Hey,

After I had some Problems with my SA, i Re-Installed it. Now after i installed my car mods (wich i had b4 too and worked with ASI loader), the World doesnt spawn. So i thought " oh yea i forgot to install asi loader". When i DL'ed it (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8321) and replaced the 2 files, nothing changed ! Did i do anything wrong ? I DL'ed the files, wich are vorbisfile.dll and vorbishooked.dll ! Replaced them and nothing changed ! I cant remember how i installed it b4 ! Pls help me as fast as you can coz i wanna play
