BUG: Crash when i start SA:MP

Well lemmi tell the story:
I wake up make my self some food and eat it.
Later i watch some TV.
At sometime i got bored and decided to play GTA...
I start SAMP and it works as it used to do.
When it loaded up i only see some water and some grass not the casual VINEWOOD mark...
Anyhow when i get in the server and see the grass and water it crashes... I have a screenie of what i see.
Can a admin please tell its because the new stuff put in because yester day when the trains and one trailer were put in it worked perfectly... Anyhow can someone help me solve this problem?

Fact:
1.
When i wanted to test some new stuff 2 days ago with aragon he announceted that he needed 10 testers. i went on the Test server it worked. But lost connection and when i went in again i have the same problem as i already sad above.
2.

Well SA:MP Developers developed a Anti Hack System, wich crashes these hackers just after they join the server, did you knew
I dont think you do remember, but the Test Server is testing A Anti Hack system.

Well R4ZOR i am really shocked cause ... I have no hack program on my Comp... There most be a flaw in the System. Can it be that my GTA is downloaded?

I have a NO CD hack in my GTA folder... Other wise it askes me to put in the GTA disk

NO CD hack

If you mean a No CD crack, well, it doesnt acionate SAMP protection.
I have it and it doesnt crash my game

Religue i had that same thing but somehow when i pressed esc button the pause screen came and then i pressed esc again then it was normal. :conf:

Well it worked for a second but then i got :
"ERROR: SAC could not update" or something like that

This is a big problem on SAMP
People did everything the same as there friends who can get in and they are still blocked....

Guys on the SA:MP forum have no idea how to help it. They're still talking about firewall, but it's not about any firewall. I have the same problem and it's the reason why I missed the SA:MP party. I've been reinstalling everything several times and closed all my running applications. It still crashes. I'm pissed.
