BUG: Crash when i start SA:MP

Guys on the SA:MP forum have no idea how to help it. They're still talking about firewall, but it's not about any firewall. I have the same problem and it's the reason why I missed the SA:MP party. I've been reinstalling everything several times and closed all my running applications. It still crashes. I'm pissed.

Crimson... I think they have copied all the General unmodded files into the SAC. And if you dont have the same files as in the SAC then you'll crash or something i am not sure but maybe its something like that... Hope they fix it soon

That's for sure, but the problem is that I have the original files only and still cannot connect to servers with the new anti-cheat.

I can't connect to argonath, but I can connect to some random other servers though.
When i join argonath the onlyt hing it says is 'Trying to connect with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'
Then nothing happens, normally it succeeds right away...
Anyone knows a solution for this?

Well if you see everything but cant connect its seems like you are banned or blocked from the network...

i was playin on argonath yesterday and joining ok
but now when i go on my sa crashes
when i get to the connecting screen
i can go on other servers fine though

We have the problem but dont know how to fix it yet.
The problem is the new system called SAC installed in the server files to hold hackers and cheaters out.
But it has some bugs in it and holds innocent players out. but this is really getting on my nerves though...

First Step:

Turn off then turn on ur router/another thing to network...

Second step:

If u have SA:MP CLIENT running, exit it.

Third Step:

Restart your PC

Fourth Step:

Go to SA:MP

Fifth Step:

Go to Internet Master Server List to see if u see any server...

Sixth Step:

If u see maaaaaaaaaaaaaany servers, maybe is working

Seventh Step:

Go to Argonath

Eighth Step:

Have fun.


I have made that things above and it worked...

Click on the button or push it to disable... then enable again ...

Or simply in the sub corner in the right maybe appear like 2 monitors and maybe that will be ur net connection... Then do disable in it... Then enable again =p

I dunno how ur PCs so do how u can :p

I do all that you told to do and now is just worse :flame: now when i try to connect to any server it not just crashed now it froze my screen and only thing what i can do is restart my PC so when i will be able to connect again?

I had this once to , yesterday sac kicked or banned a hacker the when reconnecting i got the same , i couldnt get out so i presse esc nuerous times

then I got the Sac cant update message then I reconnected did the esc thing again an could connect , maybe try a few consecutive times??

That is the buggy anticheat...
All, who could not connect - try to connect now and report here if the problem solved...

After SA:MP got many attacks from hackers, Sa:Mp development team developed SAC - Samp Anti Cheat. It made people crash, so Aragorn has take n this off.
