He got the passport Yesterday , and I told him many times that he cant get the passport and license in the same day

You got the license and the passport in the same day. That is not allowed. Contact a /dt again to re-take your driving license exam.

Urm, why is that not allowed? If he have the passport he can apply for DL and take exam whenever a DT is available... At least it was like that before :/

Well, from what I know and from what I was told by Dino and some other driving teachers is that one has to wait 24 hours between getting accepted for a passport and getting a driving license. One cant simply just get accepted for a passport and go running to a DT to get their driving license.

Once he pass his exam for passport he can apply immediately for DL. Everyone is doing like that, idk :/

Yes, he can apply immediately for DL, but he cant take the driving exam until 24 hours have passed.
