I'm running it on a Pentium 4 currently. I sold my laptop because I started being game addictive. Now I cannot play a single game on this crappy PC (except GTA IV).

You could use an application such as Everest Ultimate, or simply do this:

I. Right click on "my computer">properties (there's some for you right there).
1.Click on the "hardware" tab.
2.Click on "device manager" (more info).

II. Or: Start>All programs> Accessories> system tools> system information. (This might be all you need right here)
