Does the Araatus own the ''Araatus'' Complex? NO.

1.There is no house set that will point that this is the Araatus Complex.
2.They have a bizz there.But if you wan't to own the exterior too you have to pay more.
3.The bizz value is like only 350k+ while Gulucan's bizzes and a house are 1mil +.

It was made blatently obvious to property admins that we wanted to have the whole complex, as the buildings are linked, and no one put the price up, the other HQ was sold to allow the chance for a property admin to reevalute the property, when it wasnt reevaluted, we assumed we had just gotten a break.  It was always Araatus complex, we made sure everyone knew that, including cutt3r during reevalutations.  Also, one of the houses owned by Gulucans is also set against the property rules, as it is the door we originally wanted set and it was denied because you had to jump upto it.

I have always seen the "Complex" under Araatus ownership ever since I joined the server. However, the past months I haven't seen any group activity from Araatus side (except weekend activities on the Complex roof.)

Gulucan has simply felt in love with your holy Complex, and are trying to take it over - instead of insulting each other through the forum here with example "Once I get unbanned I'll rip your souls out and take the Complex back"

Gather your crew, head ingame in order to take it over. The whole scenario here is about insulting the other party in order to get the ship back, which is just ridiculous and leading nowhere.

Squeaks Mexican, Panda has Uni, Maxy is banned, Josh is American, and I'm working every day, so we spend most of our online time at 2-4am, just because we are active at weird times doesnt mean we are inactive.

The property id 620 is invalid, and We only ever owned one property becuase we were expecting the price hike, the only other one we wanted set in the complex got denied, and now has been set (620)
