Every spot you called dont have building near,in downtown there was allways building and if it's for sell Gulucans had right to buy it. And NOT cause make war whit Araatus just there was restaurant and Araatus wasnt even active ,so they decide to buy it lol.

I was reading threw the replies and over read this then I re-read it

Now I would like to make this clear again Kris you DO NOT own the whole Abandoned Airport you simply own that building(ATC house) and that little garage next to it nothing more nothing less

In order to own everything in the area it has to have a fence around it like Gvardia HQ, Avispa, MD Mansion
Going off that the value would be more then Corleone HQ Ancelotti HQ and MD Mansion put together

Gvardia is Official group and never would go on cop duty to dm som one,or atleast dm . Check what you saying. Gulucans allways be here as a group. Pici_Gulucan work on this all and all banned members cant return to Gulucan so stop saying one banned second banned. Cause if they are banned it's automaticly means they are not more a part of Gulucan. Go play whit your water gun and hold the view point inside the you. Doesnt matter how long have you been on server how much friends you got and how much respect you have. The building is sold and Gulucans own the part of it  and it's be like this.

First of all. Why the fuck did someone even make this post? I really don't give two shits what the rest of the server thinks about this issue, sorry guys, but most of you have absolutely no idea what you're even talking about.

Second, I am not going to argue property rights for this building in this topic. I was trying to get unbanned so I could solve this issue, and now there is a 5 page long discussion on the board because I didn't get unbanned. Until I am unbanned, there will be no resolution to this. Gulucan has received numerous warning that they are encroaching on our terroritory, and are running the risk of a fully fledged gang war. You think my numbers are low? Give me a few weeks after I get unbanned, and you'll see how easily I can get my members back.

Finally, I am requesting that this topic be locked. Issues between gangs are NOT open to discussion by the public, and should never even be posted in the SA:MP General forum, this is not the place for them. Gulucan, if you want to talk to me, send me a PM.

I'm sorry, I'll quit my job, Panda will quit uni, and Maxy will ban evade to add activity.  The reason We are kicking up about this is because the ~ 2 hours a week me and panda have free to play, we are getting assfugged by Gulucan for no reason.

What really would of help, is that you guys did what was necessary in order to be legally full owners of the whole Complex.

And no any, "they didn't allowed us", cause as soon as the first building was set by Gulucans you should have gone directly to one of the owners of Managers to remove it, and then ask them which locations at Complex are now setable for business or houses, and then set them up first.

Even if you all went inactive, 2 or 3 of you would always be around enough to hold those assets and re-enter them every 3 months.
None of this would have happen.

It has traditionally been the Araatus complex for a long time so I don't think that people will just see it as "The Gulucan Complex" for a long time...........
