AFAIK that's only when you want to verify your identity (or w/e) with a credit card number (or w/e). You can skip that part I think.

I have an account without verification/validation/we, and it works. Can send, can receive.

Yup. And PayPal isn't only handy way to buy something - it's handy when something goes wrong. I once ordered something from abroad, but I never received my order. So, I used the PayPal's complain function (can't remember its name exactly), and directed it for PayPal to take care of. After a week when the Seller hadn't answered to my messages, PayPal sent all the my spent money back to my account.

Due to some personal expenses in our families, Argonath will need your help the coming months.
Remember that while we have the luxury of our own servers and can put there more than standard we have to spend a lot of money on them each month.

However if every member would donate Eur 1.00 a month  it would already more than cover the cost. We have added a number of extra payment options on the donations page, including donation by phone and sms for Western Europe.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

You can use the USD = Euro calculations..

1 Euro = 1.4617 U.S. dollars
