Donations are based on PayPal, so a credit card is not needed. If you have a PayPal account you can transfer from there.

I think you need to be 18+ and have a credit card for PayPal.

You don't have to be 18+ to create an account to PayPal. But you must have access to your bank account or have a Visa Electron -card.
In finland, you can have one at age of 15.

I even heard you can have your own PayPal with 13 ... But here in Croatia we get our pay in "cash"

The bad part about the donation thing is that most players dont have enough income to donate. When i have money left at the end of the month, i'll gradly donate it to Argonath because i had some very nice times here. (Still have!). But i mostly end up running short... Ah well. You can wait for my oncoming payment this month. *smile*
