GTA Problem, Need help please!!

Well, here it is.. I try to connect the gta-sa, but it seems to not come up, when im clicking it.
I need help please, can anyone fix this for me, i tried re-installing it, i even download other GTA links.
It stays the same, so i would really appreciate if someone can help me with this, it has been like this
for quite a while now, i want it fixed so i can go on it, thank you.

what software you got (windows,linux ? win7 ? winxp etc.) and does a error message pop up ?

hmm is the SA a CD or did you DL it ??? if DL = not wonder it doesnt work... if CD = ty delete, and then delete EVERYTHING what has something to do with GTA SA... then, install. just start it without crack or mods or something...  tell me if it worked

I got it downloaded... :| i dont have any mods.

Goto my documents - GTA San Andreas User Files - delete the gta_sa.set file. Then try

Try running in compatibility mode (Right click on GTA_SA.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility).
And why not buying the game? It doesn't cost any more than a pack of cigarettes.

Urrmm still dont work
GTA cannot work in 95 windows.
and with rest of them its same..
