The father of lower was a very know mobster in serbia montenegro. One day, some enemies of him went to the family hous and starting one extortion. The lower's parents gave theirs lifes for the kid. Moved by the anger, lower started to make some crimes, like rob persons and cars. One day one cop saw him robbing one car and arrested him. Lower past two years in the prison. After that, he decided to went to San Fierro, looking for one better life but he didn't had success and entered in the drugs world. One day he entered in one restaurant and the owner was one Mafioso, know as Andres. Andres went to him and say:"Boy that place is very dangerous, I advice you to go". Lower asnwer:"Well, I don't have afraid." Andres smiling ask him: Well, I like your mode to be, you want to join my mafia?"
