Fraps is laggy

hello together,
I had some problems with Fraps. I made videos in SA, but they look like 15fps. I found one answer about this: I have to put the fps number down to 30 or maybe 25 because some games can't play with more :////// ok, I put the number down to 25fps now and there is nearly no lag now...

now my question:
Is it not possible to make videos with 60fps in SA or in any other games? In my screen corner it always says something about when I'm not recording 80-100fps :/
Why I always get laggy videos when I'm recording with 60fps?

2gb RAM
GeForce 8800 GTS

Lag depends not only on your computer, but also on the connection. If Fraps is recording more fast thant the connecion handles, the video looks laggy.
