Please download nTune from the nvidia Website (Or get the link from my previous guide)
Step 1: Open nTune
Step 2: Click on Adjust GPU Settings and NV Monitor
Don't see That option? Then look under Performance and Then look for Accept Agreement, Accept itStep 3: Notice on the NVMonitor the Green boxes near GPU Core (3D) and GPU Memory? Keep an eye on those boxes at all times
Step 4: At the bottom of the nTune window you will see the Fan controls, Click on Direct Fan control and change it to 125% Speed, Then click on Apply
Look at NVMonitor to make sure all the boxes are still green (All of them)
Step 5: In nTune click on Custom Clock Frequencys
Step 6: (Keep NVMonitor in veiw at all time)
Step 7: Make sure ALL 3-D Programs are closed, includeing GTA:SA
Step 8: Slowly (About 25 MHz per time) change the Speed of each bar, i recommend adding about 25 MHz each time then clicking Apply and taking a look at NVMonitor to make sure that speed you chose is stable
Step 9: Keep on raising the bar until it turns Yellow
Never allow it to be yellow or Red for more then 5 Min
Step 10: When it turns yellow very slowly lower the bar until it turns green again
Step 11: Run GTASA and verify that these settings are okay
Step 12: You're done!
