In 1801 Thomas Jefferson founded a organization called black cell, The idea of this organization was to protect the freedoms of americans and punish anyone who impinges on them.

One Hundred and ninety years later this organization still Thrives for its goal, Black Cell beleive in a simple idea "Kill One, Save a Thousand"
They would rage a hidden underground war against terrorists making terrorism so horrific it would become unthinkable to attack americans.
They bomb a Church we bomb a hundred, They hijack a plane we blowup a airport, they kidnad and kill us citizens we tactically nuke a city.
in 1990 Black Cell had to go underground and dissapear, They moved and re-founded there organization in Las Venturas, San Andreas.
Doing minor jobs here and there, kidnapping, robbing banks, bombing police stations, they earned a respect and fear they so soley deserved.


Black Cell operates In Two Units, The Mercanery unit, and The Operative Unit, Each highly skilled and deadly in there own way.

Mercanery: This Unit is hired By Us citizens and goverment to handle and jobs that may arise that threaten our freedoms or way of life.

Operative: This unit is a underground unit sworn to a secracy by the leaders of black cell, they operate in the shadows and run operations from behind the scenes
