Any important notes abt what format (jpeg/gif i think ?!)

Use PNG - fair file sizes, fair quality and it supports semi-transparency.

And pls tell me if you want me to post my works in a topic named "Vito's PS Gallery" ? LOL even if you say no, i gonna post it :P

1. Upload your images to an image hosting site (eg. imageshack.us)
2. Get the direct link for the image
3. In your forum post put the image link in IMG markers, like:
