Account reseted and lost my house in palomino creek!!

Hello everyone, I know this might be at the wrong place, but I couldn't find where to post it and I'm sorry!

Ok well my problem is that I lost my house in Palomino Creek that I used to own back in 2009 before I take a break, I bought it for around 120k + (I cannot remember the exact price) but I had worked really hard to get it. When I restarted playing on argo (it's been around 2 weeks now) I noticed my house wasn't at my name anymore and I only had my car left (a deep purple Burrito van) that was randomly "spawn resettled" in SF.

I asked an administrator ingame about what happened and he told me that accounts has been reset and I had lost my house then he told me to speak with a manager.

Is there anything that can be done with this? Because I would really like to get my money back ...

This is not a lie, you can Ask Romeo Ancelotti about it, I'm pretty sure he will remember that this was my house if it can help you guys believe me...

P.S. Please before locking the thread because it's in the wrong section, can you tell me where I should go to get help?

Velo, try /invent first and see if you got a house ID in there. Normally houses gets unowned due to that the player havn't been online for 3 months. Guess you was away longer than that.

Un-used houses get reset after 2 months i belive. thats probably why.

Yeah I've been inactive for almost a year, thats probably why my house got sold (and I totally understand that). So is that 130k lost forever? Thats what I'm asking myself.

Probably, but that house truly hasn't been  revalued I can remember when I bought it last year it was around 130k or so.
