[Admin Complain] [Rstar]Eliteterm

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum and if it is please move it to the correct section. 

There has been a situation with [Rstar]Eliteterm regarding a cop ban.  I was on cop duty when I was saying in local chat, please donate, I'll offer helicopter rides /wire 27 $$.  I was roleplaying and not posting it in the general chat, so I thought I should have no problems.  This however was not the case.  [Rstar] sent me a message saying why are you asking for money, you're not poor.  I responded that I never said I was poor and was only offering helicopter rides in the helicopter that I did actually own.  [Rstar] banned me for false advertising as a cop.  This is not true however as I was not advertising, only role playing.  It was also untrue because I was not falsely advertising.  When I explained the whole situation, he said he could not uncopban me because it was "timed".  However other admins have unbanned me when I was banned by accident. 

All I'm looking for is an apology from [Rstar] and this wrong to be righted by giving me back my cop rights.  I feel as though I did nothing wrong and if I did please let me know now.

I actually did not copban you. An Undercover Admin did, so the best choice of action is to contact Wizzard or fill out a complaint to the email as Squeak mentioned above. I tried to explain the situation in the best of my knowledge at hand.

Hello, how can you even complain on EliteTerm? He is one of the amazing guy I have experienced on Argonath. Great admin, leader and a dedicated player to the community.

He only PUNISH those who rulebreaks, no other.

I'm not "complaining on Eliteterm" (I believe you mean about, but if not let me know).  I am, however, complaining about how he handled one incident.  So how about instead of taking this statement as an attack on Eliteterm, instead look at the circumstances and see how he made an honest mistake. 

It's also all about perception.  I am unaware who copbanned me, but one cannot blame another for believing he or she was copbanned by anyone besides the person he or she was talking to about suspected misconduct at the exact same time.  If anyone could clarify please help be.


In regards to MetalLuigiX, your comment is totally unnecessary and irrelevant.  I don't understand how that is productive at all and would appreciate it if you keep your emotional outbursts to yourself.  If you have some useful information to provide to this topic, please do so.  If you are just going to post "Get Out", I believe you have no right posting here.
