Our base was in Las Venturas, our home, but because of many other Mafias moving into the area, to make a reach into the business and money
ventures of the place, we moved, moved to a more urban area, where we could successfully recruit more people, and most importantly, to gain
respect within the state.
I've been having a very big think about the whole situation, Speed wished to dismiss the mafia, but I saw it's potential, the possibilities it could hold,
so I refused, Within a week, a letter landed on my doorstep informing me of Speed's resignation. Was I Confused, 'yes' , was I surprised? 'no' To
make sure that he could not be traced, Speed had hand delivered the letter, or asked someone else to, and he had also announced he was leaving the country.
Now I am manipulating the mafia to my own hand, making it, and moulding it to see what it can achieve, constantly bending, changing, seeing what it can do.
We can be found generally at our headquarters at East Beach, plotting up some other money making scheme, planning how to counter the rival gangs.
With this Mafia, it is a symbol of what I wish to achieve, respect and pride for the Las Venturas Mafia

The Don
The Godfather is the highest position in the mob. his job is to assure that everything goes well in the family, and basically commanding everything in the Family.
Consigliere
Consigliere is an adviser or counselor to a mafia, whit the additional of repre senting the don in important meetings both withim the don's crime family and whit other crime families.
The consigliere is a close, trusted friend and confidant, the mob's version of an elder statesman. HE is devoid of ambition and dispenses disintersted advice. This passive image of the consigliere dose not correspond with what is know of real-life consiglieri.
Underboss
The underboss job is to organize the Family, and the Family's business.
Underboss have to be the most active part in the leader division since they are the "minds" and the "organizers" of the mob. They co-operate with the don and also controls and work with the capo's and Lieutenants.
Caporegime
The capo's job is to train members and to organize the lieutenants in the training. capo's job is to train Trial members, They are the one who tests the trials after training, of there compability to become a full member. They are next in the line whit the Underboss, and also a part of leader council. They also manage the business branch of the mafia
Soldier
A Soldier is the lowest level. However, a soldier is much greater in rank and prestige than any ordinary associate of the crime family. In order to become a soldier, the primary requisite for an associate is to become a made man. The promotion to the rank of soldier is a tremendous step up in the hierarchy from the associate level.
A soldier's main responsibility is to earn money and kick a portion of his profits up to his capo. Everything else, including murder, is only a means to that end. The soldier is obliged to obey orders from his capo to commit murder for his crime family without hesitation or any questions asked. Failure to do so will usually result in death for the unwilling soldier. As a made man, he is bound by the mafia code of Omerta. Since the soldier is also a made man, he is considered untouchable in certain areas of the mob. If an associate or another soldier wants to kill a soldier, it is compulsory that he have a sitdown with the mob higherups and obtain their permission.
