I'm sorry but the only one guy I saw abusing his rights was you, flying with the Hydra almost all the time when it was not needed at all.
You also said in /r that each SWAT group has to stay in his juridiction (LS for SWAT LSPD / LV for SWAT LVPD etc..) so why were you almost all the time flying with your hydra at LS ?!
And you also tell in /r that SWAT must not be on SWAT duty 24/7, I didn't see you on normal duty since yesterday.

So please, don't accuse people about abusing powers when you were the only one doing it. Just assume what you did and stop blaming people for things they didn't do.

I was in co-operation with LV SWAT, on a full SA air patrol. Again, I said I was operating under the old SWAT regulations, where SWAT was one group, not stupid seperate ones.

About the Fast Pursuit Vehicles, if you speak about the Buffalos, they are SWAT ones, so it's Police vehicule with megaphone and all the stuff, like the LVPD Pursuit ones.
About the /weaponequip abuse, I don't know what you talking about, there is log so they can check it easily no problem with that

To be honest, you can fire me, suspend me or copban me all you want, but I refuse to back down until this whole mess with SAPD is cleared up. I cannot work within a department that is split into departments that seem to be so distanced that they operate like seperate states.

Dave if you want to have a serious discussion and object what is being done to SAPD, then sit down with the leaders and even invite the president if you want and tell your objections ofcourse with respect.

Do you not think I have tried that? It does not work as the leader's refuse to listen. That is the reason why I talked to Gandalf and not SAPD Command. As with SAPD Command, ignorance seems to be bliss for them. Reality of the matter is, a problem won't go away if you ignore it.

As for Hydra usage, don't be such a fucking liar and hypocrite Hank. You know very fine well that I cleared my usage with you before I started using it.

I agree 100% with Ollen. I too have seen you fly around with your Hydra asking for any high speed pursuits in which you could intercept.

Do not even think about lecturing me on how to be a SWAT Commander when you yourself have no f**king clue what SWAT is even supposed to do.

That had nothing to do with SWAT, it had everything to do with the formation of LVPD, where Mr Chief here decided to go behind the planning team's back, shove us all out of the department one by one and assume ultimate control for himself.
Got to love how these things are not told, as it can change a person's outlook on another.

I don't even understand how you got a chance as a SWAT commander with your childish attitude and your wild imagination that you are the top dog, the best Commander in the history of ARPD. Like i said, snap back to reality and learn to accept.

Also of the fact you guys just fly your hydra/hunter and orange dot hunt every suspect who is too *fast*. Also the fact of actually making SWAT to 3 different groups is quite freak en stupid IMO, as Dave said, SWAT should work as one group as a team. Also about us having too drive just cop cars is quite lame, you tell us too call SWAT if we can't find them? Well sir, what you gonna do? Go get your Hydra and just shoot them of course. Plus SWAT doesn't seem to be as serious anymore neither cause of how you guys just go on it set up checkpoint's and go after every suspect that people say they need backup on. Why you think the gun regulation's were changed? So we have to call SWAT to save us every second.

I'm not even going to bother discussion this anymore. My views of SAPD will not change until there is some proof that it will actually become stable. As of then, I refuse to operate under SAPD Command.
