Hydra has some potential into catching criminals escaping into Argonath Airspace, but Hunter sucks there for, at least, Hunter should be removed...

I agree, the hydra against aircraft is fair game IMO. However, the hunter is (fairly) useless against aircraft when compared to the hydra so should be removed.

How can a guy who has been SAPD for less than x months and NEVER been in SWAT become a SWAT team leader over-night. Dave if you are experinced leader then how come you choose someone like Liam Priece as team leader?

There are two team leaders, one is Jimmy and the other is Liam. I decided to give Liam a chance to prove himself...

Liam Pierce* and I think he chose me for what experience I DO have and to give me a chance to prove myself in action...,I know many things on how to do tatics,fast pursuit bomb squad ect so if you got a problem talk to me directly,because you have no right to doubt somones judgement,you dont know my experience nor do you give a rats ass so until you know what the hell you are talking about shut it(in all due respect),when you do have an idea of what I do know then perhaps you can see why he chose me.I have been with Leroy in SADA,Fast Pursuit Unit,SFPD bomb squad and most recently with Dave in SILVER,I have a fairly good idea of what I am doing,I have learned tatics and know when to listen and when to bring for ideas to solve a situation. so if you wish to go further you can talk directly to me. and I may not have been in SAPD but since March of 2010 but I know how to opperate and not put myself before others,I know when to stand my ground and when not to,and you also fail to realize that I have been playing Argo since April 9, 2009 most of that time I was a cop and I still hold the same good ethics as I have held since then.

So, the whole topic gets locked because of a few people who ruin it, I read the rules for locking topics and this is not what I think  is the purpose of lock.

SWAT,SAPD, FBI , ARPD command in general is not off-topic in-case anyone thinks it is, they are the ones who use Hunters and hydras, although the common view is Hydras and Hunters are abused by SWAT and SAPD, but not FBI, at-least as far as I'm concerned.

An referring to the Hydra and hunter usage, AR-SAPD have locked down all usage of it due those who received access to the vehicles directly misused the responsibility they had. Also lack of information was give by the command staff too those individuals in first place and we take responsibility for that..

And what about SWAT / w.e department / LV/ LS ?.
Will this be permanent? Hopefully it will.

Locking a topic because of off-topic is not something that should be done, it can be seen as a way for players to shove a idea they do not like away by going off topic.

TBH... if they're not used on ground people unless in self defense, regardless of what vehicle they're driving (car, boat, bike), then I'm fine with it.

And no, trust me. People do open fire on people on the ground, regardless if they've fired first or not. A perfect situation that happened some time ago where this happened was at Stracci HQ (the tennis place). Some incompetent moron sat there with a hunter, camping at the entrance. As soon as someone exited, they were mowed down by the almighty minigun. They didn't even have the time to open fire, even if they wanted to! And I can guarantee the hunter wasn't shot at before hand - they were too busy being at war with us. Ironically, the hunter was shot down much later on, NOT by the people being raped, but by multiple snipers outside of the general area, whom I had the honors of standing next to :P. And, of course, the moment it was shot down, another was brought in...

Abuse of the hydra/hunter is becoming as popular as /frisk abuse. Twist some little random situation, throw a bit of lie seasoning on it, and there we go, perfect excuse to use it!

Where cops are concerned: everyone should be the same coloured name so they remember they are not above anyone whatsoever, except for FBI which has a serious job and is very respectful to the community and other groups.

Hydra should only be in use for airborne suspects, considering its still hard to escape it in the air, being on the ground, you would need to have power of TWO chuck norrises to avoid it succesfully.
