Do not moan that some admins are wrong or something, because you made that with your hand, all of you know just how to moan in them pm,after that banned, etc.
Maybe if you give an e-mail the owner will take care of it.But no,let's moan because is funny to see the whole server how smart ass i am !

Why should you not talk back to admins ?

1. Admins are humans and can make mistakes.
And guess what? If they make one they are the first to admit it and say sorry, often even in public chat. Just check how many times a regular player tells another player sorry for an action that he wrongly did, and how many times admins apoligize for their mistakes.

2. Admins are often short in time.
As admin you are required to respond to reports. Also you are required to check death messages, specate possible rulebreakers and keep up with other present admins. This means that it is a busy job.
Now you can feel you need to take 5 or 10 minutes to discuss your case, but remember that in that time a number of reports will not be answered, and hackers might get away. Is that what you are after, just to explain that you feel you lost some seconds of game time that you did not deserve ? Please get over yourself and thing of others.

3. Admins know the rules.
It may surprise you, but admins actually know the server rules. Now you may think that you read somewhere on a forum a post that you think can be explained in a way that you might have the possibility to do somehing for which you were punished. Guess what ? Admins get daily 10 players trying to do the same, and it always ends up the same way.

4. Admins might actually have seen what happened when they punished your friend.
Contrary to the belief that admins are playing cards while occasionally staring at the screen and typing a punishment randomly, they are actually working. Sometimes admins spectate a player that was reported for a long time, in order to see his behaviour. And guess what ? This may lead to admins seeing a situation develop and then taking action. If your friend starts raging on MSN or TeamSpeak about how unfair the admin was, remember that he may just try to hide his own mistakes by blaming others.

Talking back does not help. It does not help you, as punishment was already given. It does not help others, as while you are discussing you disturb the admin from working properly. It does not help the admin, as when they get irritated chances of mistakes rise. And it does not help the server as it creates a negative attitude.

If you feel that an admin crossed the line of good behaviour, write a mail. We do read all reports, even the ones you never get an answer on. In fact, 5 people are reading them.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

I do not blame them for their mistakes.

2. Admins are often short in time.

Often times there are other administrators available; if not, I wouldn't bother them. (In today's case, however, there were plenty.)

Is that what you are after, just to explain that you feel you lost some seconds of game time that you did not deserve ? Please get over yourself and thing of others.

That is not the point I am trying to make here, Gandalf. The few 'seconds of game time' that I 'did not deserve' does not matter - it is the fact that most administrators punish you for their attempts of explaining their situation. In my opinion, a simple "Tell me your story later" would satisfy.

3. Admins know the rules.

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I do not understand what you are trying to say here. Please clarify whenever possible.

I am aware of the protocol of administrative work, Gandalf. However, the focused circumstances of the original topic post was about the punishment towards myself.

Talking back does not help. It does not help you, as punishment was already given. It does not help others, as while you are discussing you disturb the admin from working properly. It does not help the admin, as when they get irritated chances of mistakes rise. And it does not help the server as it creates a negative attitude.

Does asking questions that relate to the incident count as "talking back"? If so, must we use the e-mail for every time this happens? Because, to my understanding, you are telling the players to report the administrator(s) via e-mail if one should think that he or she has done something wrong.

If you feel that an admin crossed the line of good behaviour, write a mail. We do read all reports, even the ones you never get an answer on. In fact, 5 people are reading them.

Despite my points of argument, I thank you for your response.

LOL
That's why their status as an admin gives their reputation more a priority of protecting than players when they make mistakes (E.g., Chuck's topic in SA:MP General that is DELETED), right?

Lol. Completely the opposite.

What if admins don't listen and end up banning you for a reason that has not be investigated?

Say that to Antonio and Locomotor.

As far as everyone is concerned, Gandalf has already clarified it all.

Yes, however I already pointed out the single inaccurate or off-course statement which should not have to be named, as it is just above.
