"Talking back to an admin"

I've been kicked and or wared several times, i find that if you talk nicely to the admin or mod they will respond nicely, the admin will respond in kind. But yes, there are some admins that will overeact, just think about how much stress they are under,especially when it's 1 admin per 30+ people.

Stress causes people to over react, and admins Can't see everything,so try being nice, but if nothing else works just shut up and take the warning. It could be worse...

First off, Locomotor, if you got any complaint against an admin, email it to samp@argonath togheter with evidence, or you can put down your bullshit and be quiet since i do NOT want to see any bullshit against me or any other admin. We are working FOR FREE to protect you, answering reports and answering questions. If you so hate us, do not use /Report next time you are getting carjacked / DM'ed or whatever, since why would we help you?
For your interest, what you posted on the first page is complete BULLSHIT.

Now, back to the topic.

Approach the admin in a polite manner. From me, if someone is saying to me "why the fuck did you warn me" I'm either ignoring them if i'm busy, telling them to calm down in PM or simply kicking them saying come back when  you are calm. As Gandalf stated, if we are having alot of things to do at the moment, we simply dont got time to answering and then you must respect it and not continue "ANSWER ME FUCKER" or something in that manner.

I do not blame them for their mistakes.
Often times there are other administrators available; if not, I wouldn't bother them. (In today's case, however, there were plenty.)
That is not the point I am trying to make here, Gandalf. The few 'seconds of game time' that I 'did not deserve' does not matter - it is the fact that most administrators punish you for their attempts of explaining their situation. In my opinion, a simple "Tell me your story later" would satisfy.
I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I do not understand what you are trying to say here. Please clarify whenever possible.
I am aware of the protocol of administrative work, Gandalf. However, the focused circumstances of the original topic post was about the punishment towards myself.
Does asking questions that relate to the incident count as "talking back"? If so, must we use the e-mail for every time this happens? Because, to my understanding, you are telling the players to report the administrator(s) via e-mail if one should think that he or she has done something wrong.

Despite my points of argument, I thank you for your response.

If you get warned and do not understand than the first thing you should do is go to two topics:
1. Server rules
2. Cralrifications from developers

If for any reason the situation why you were punished is not found there, you can either ask the question there or send a mail.

That's why their status as an admin gives their reputation more a priority of protecting than players when they make mistakes (E.g., Chuck's topic in SA:MP General that is DELETED), right?

Chucks topic was not deleted because hos actions were a mistake. It was deleted because the group was so afraid their reputation would be hurt by the topic remaining that they requested deletion, and after all points were handled I agreed to that.
Whenever they want, the topic can be brought back.

oh trust me, i know what it's like, i know what all the stress is like, but i don't go around telling players "moan,moan,moan," hell, i know that some of these Admins/Mods don't even wanna go in game, and pray to god, before they enter the game. Why? because of all The "Moaners" in game, i'm not moaning, i'm just unleashing a rebellion here. why? because if these players won't step up, I WILL!

About this subject, and many others related to ingame, You, for one, should keep your thoughts for yourself, before you're going to end up banned, which i can tell, in this way, wont take a very long time. Judging at the way you talk, you wouldn't care, but i think that would change after such punishment. This will be my last reply to you in this topic, there is no use in replying to my message, it would most likely make things worse for you. Also, ''Forum Games'' is there for a reason. Since you think this is just a game of evading punishment, getting ''defeated'' or ''winning'' I think you'd enjoy playing games there. That way you wont get yourself in trouble.

First of; The way a large percentage of the topic disagrees with Gandalfs statement suprises me. That is actually the way it is, it's not an opinion, it's a fact. Of course, You haven't experienced it, so you are not fully to blame... But i'd deffinately recommend just ''trusting'' the fact Gandalf stated. It will make stuff easier for everyone.

Talking to an administrator about recent punishment against you or your friends, in my opinion, would cause me to think, ''argh, a a moaner'' or something. That is because, as Gandalf stated, I get atleast 10 of these PM's in 2 hours. Pick your words carefully when replying to your punishment. Being rude will be considered moaning in most cases but, Being to polite like ''GoodDay Kind Sir'' or w/e is just annoying and might be seen as provoking, depending on who's saying it, because, wheter you're a known provoker or new to the server, it matters.
