I suggest you close recruitment for the while and teach the newer members more, to prevent any conflicts of rules on the server, because although you have a lot of good players, you have some new players that need teaching how to RP good. Remember, like Decy pointed out - if one of your members step out of line it could damage the leaders credit, as you have took on such a large challenge . I wish you goodluck with this merge, I hope it all goes well.
