And serious, another topic recently Gandalf or RON stated that the complex was not a whole property (atleast not for that price, if they wanted it the price should be increased).
Therefor you should share the area, and do not go in there and be like "it is ours" as that can be seen as a provocation in roleplay, and therefor the Araatus Yakuza (damn, I felt like saying Mafia ) could react on that in RP way (which can be a death on your side).

Please do not act like a child (I mean this for both sides) and just share the property or talk about it and find a better solution.
