First of all, its woodland camo used by US military. Waffen SS uses M44 dot or oakleaf camo, my modded pants is the Splinter camo used by wehrmacht or Luftwaffel.

Hmm i also have to say i'm suprised why people ask why others aren't promoted or are promoted. Nobody does that in SAPD neither, so why do it anywhere else?

Julio knew the CQB (not CQC as some people say) drills very well. I know this because he has been taught them, and trained with them IRL.
He has the intelligence and the knowledge. This is why I am surprised.
If it is because he was not there during promotions, I have to say it was my fault. I had annoyed our father, so he made us turn off our computers. Please do not hold that against him, as he is very good at what he does.
