Buy it second-hand (a quality scooter can easily keep going over 15,000km) and for the love of god, avoid any Chinese ones (which will 'explode' after 3,000km).

It's easy to avoid this actually. Just make sure to purchase a two stroke scooter and with a brand you actually have heard of (Aprilia, Honda, Suzuki etc.)

Go to local shops, ask your REAL LIFE FRIENDS for tips how much they payed and what they should have to recomend. Check websites with scooter advertisements and check the righ one for you. If you need any help with anything more ask your dad (if you have one) to help you out.

Becouse theres no school into this city, and i need to walk 15 km eatch day to even get into a school.
