You're only thinking about yourself..
Why would you be granted the right of playing here again, if you've been banned twice for the same mistake? What about the guy who plays here and follows all the rules - sounds fair for you?
A non-rulebreaking player should be distinguished of a rulebreaking one - In your case, it was through a permanent ban.
I've been banned few months ago, hmmm, like 5 or 6 since my last ban but since there I watch out my steps... I know if I get banned again for the same shit, I'll be in the same case as you... You should've be more careful.
Talk with the manager who permanently denied you, he might change his opinion if you show some improvance... Or maybe not.
