I don't think you understand. A perm ban means you are PERMANENTLY BANNED from the server.
You're better off finding something else to play before action is taken on the forum for spamming topics with things like this.

true boozman but because i was a regular who played sice 2007 i got carried away and thought i would just be banned after a week everytime i got banned which is not the case.

I will say this one time to you, the only way you will have a chance ever at an unban is to email [email protected] or .eu and send them a letter, posting on the forums is only going to get you banned here as well, if you really want back into the server, then you need to send a personal deep though written letter to the server owners and senior admins at the email above, thats only chance you would ever have in turning over a perm. ban.
